Darrell E. Latham received his Bachelor of Arts (undergraduate degree) from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 1980, and his Juris Doctor (law degree) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1984. He was admitted to the Oklahoma bar in 1985. Mr. Latham is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit U.S. District Court, and Northern, and the Western Districts of Oklahoma. Mr. Latham is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.

Phillip L. Nelson received his Bachelor of Science (undergraduate degree) from Oklahoma State University in 1983 and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986. He was admitted to the bar in 1986. Mr. Nelson is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit, U.S. District Court, and the Western District of Oklahoma. Mr. Nelson was an Assistant District Attorney for Jackson County, OK in 1990. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Associations, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.

Tabitha L. Martin (Associate) received her Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 and her J.D. from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2006 (cum laude). She was admitted to the bar in 2006. She is the 2006 recipient of CALI Awards for Family Law. Ms. Martin is a member of the Jackson County and Oklahoma Bar Associations.
